X-ray microscopy and correlative microscopy are imaging techniques that have become increasingly important in a range of fields, including electronics, semiconductors, energy materials, anthropology, and civil engineering. X-ray microscopy uses high-energy X-rays to produce images of the internal structure of samples, while correlative microscopy combines multiple imaging techniques to produce a more complete understanding of a sample. In this context, several cutting edge applications will be discuessed.

Abstract
X-ray microscopy and correlative microscopy are imaging techniques that have become increasingly important in a range of fields, including electronics, semiconductors, energy materials, anthropology, and civil engineering. X-ray microscopy uses high-energy X-rays to produce images of the internal structure of samples, while correlative microscopy combines multiple imaging techniques to produce a more complete understanding of a sample. In this context, several cutting edge applications will be discuessed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
