In the last years the INAIL (Istituto Nazionale per l’Assicurazione contro gli Infortuni sul Lavoro) has undertaken an in-depth revision of its business information systems based on processes re-engineering and re-design, dematerialisation. This approach will allow INAIL to gain substantial efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative procedures for the suppliers and passive cycle management.
