L’incontro tra domanda e offerta di ricerca. Cluster Servizi per la Collettività: testimonianza dalle sedi

The essay introduces the session of the BASES conference dedicated to the contributions of researchers belonging to the Servizi per la Collettività cluster who, within their research groups and in the various locations, share and develop lines of research on both the planning and design of relevant proximity structures for the promotion of health and well-being, and territorial networks of socio-health and sports infrastructures. The presented studies are all strongly motivated by social issues and characterized by application findings that confirm the central role of research in the academic field as a driver of development and innovation initiatives. Indeed, the Servizi per la Collettività Cluster is identified as a meeting-place between supply and demand of research, an organization increasingly designed to contribute to achieving a closer relationship between the institutions, local entrepreneurship, and research in the field of Architectural Technology. This is to feed a dynamic system of exchanges of skills and reciprocal progressive enrichment able to create the conditions to give a multiplier effect to innovation.
