In this work we want to propose a new reading of territorial marketing through the "systemic vital approach". This approach seems to be necessary: in Italy the territorial marketing is not exploited enough because of the lack of shared values inside the territorial context. In order to validate this theory we have studies: premises of the vital system; the limitations which don't allow the governance through the systemic vital approach (SVA); the relationships among systemic vitality, territorial marketing and Quality of Life. The results of this work validate the theory according to which success of territorial marketing depends on the territorial vitality, public governance policy and quality of life existing in the territory.
