In this chapter we will review the neurophysiological findings and the results obtained from neurosurgical interventions in patients with Parkinson’s disease (and levodopa induced dyskinesias), dystonia, and Huntington’s disease. These data are now providing important insights into the pathophysiology of these disorders.
