Field Archaeology, Salvage Project of the Archaeological Heritage. The archaeological exploration was conducted in sectors D5-D6-E5-E6, which made it possible to inspect an area of 15 squares, each 5x5 metres square, covering a total area of 225 square metres. The work carried out on the southern side of the main mound identified a huge monument whose function, at the present time, is still unknown. It stands on the top of the lower southern terrace, 13 metres in height, built entirely using a mixed technique (mud bricks and medium and large pieces of stone) according to a complex and highly articulated static and distributive logic which is still being studied.

Abstract
Field Archaeology, Salvage Project of the Archaeological Heritage. The archaeological exploration was conducted in sectors D5-D6-E5-E6, which made it possible to inspect an area of 15 squares, each 5x5 metres square, covering a total area of 225 square metres. The work carried out on the southern side of the main mound identified a huge monument whose function, at the present time, is still unknown. It stands on the top of the lower southern terrace, 13 metres in height, built entirely using a mixed technique (mud bricks and medium and large pieces of stone) according to a complex and highly articulated static and distributive logic which is still being studied.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
