In 1999-2000, we started to put his hand in an administrative reform based on simplification of the steps, the doors, unique, and, towards the south, on the transition to a provision for projects designed by the concurrence of the State and the regions. On this premise this paper is based on the right to information supplied by the public, because it is able to expand the possibilities of access to all the rights. Unfortunately, the monitoring carried out on the sites of some government has confirmed that the tendency to give a good self-image prevails, in general, on the effort to inform and simplify.

Nel 1999-2000, si è cominciato a mettere mano a una riforma amministrativa fondata sulla semplificazione di tutti i passaggi, sugli sportelli unici, e, nei riguardi del Sud, sul passaggio a una erogazione per progetti nati dal concorso di Stato e regioni. Su tale premessa si fonda questo contributo sul diritto all’informazione, fornita dall’amministrazione pubblica, in quanto capace di allargare la possibilità di accesso a tutti i diritti. Purtroppo il monitoraggio eseguito sui siti di alcune amministrazioni ha confermato che la tendenza a dare una buona immagine di sé prevale, in genere, sullo sforzo di informare e semplificare.
