A physical model and a computer program have been developed for simulating all the measurement operations, carried out by the volume-concentration method for the reprocessing input accountancy, together with their errors or uncertainties. The simulator is apt to easily solve a number of problems related to the measurement activities of the plant operator and the inspector. The program is described and examples of application are reported.
