Библеизм 'агнец Божий' в русском и итальянском языках (Biblical phraseological unit 'Lamb of God' in modern Russian and Italian languages)

В статье предлагается контрастивный анализ библеизма агнец Божий / Agnus Dei / agnello di Dio в современном русском и итальянском языках: описываются его переносные значения, развившиеся в общелитературном языке и в терминологии, выявляются межъязыковые сходства и различия. Процессы языковой номинации рассматриваются в контексте культуры и в тесной связи с религиозными практиками православия и католицизма.

The present paper offers a contrastive analysis of the biblical phraseological unit Lamb of God /Agnus Dei / agnello di Dio in modern Russian and Italian languages. The following thesis highlights the figurative meanings of this phraseological unit developed in the common literary language as well as in terminology, and it reveals inter-linguistic similarities and differences. The processes of nomination are considered in close connection with the religious practices of Orthodoxy and Catholicism and general cultural context.
