The book presents the results of a research carried out in the context of a university project entitled Traineeship paths, among experience, reflection and professional writing (2017 – 2019). The research, which was conducted using mixed methods, analyzes the traineeship model adopted in the education science degree courses at Sapienza University of Rome and offers a detailed description of the trainees’ profiles. The data presented and discussed in this book, which were collected using a variety of instruments, are a good starting point to reflect both on strategies to strengthen reflective and writing competence, and on the impact of traineeship experiences in work contexts after graduation.
Il volume presenta i risultati di una ricerca realizzata nell’ambito del progetto di Ateneo (Sapienza, Università do Roma) I percorsi di tirocinio, tra esperienza, riflessione e scrittura professionale (2017-2019). L'indagine condotta con metodi misti, parte dalla presentazione del modello di tirocinio adottato nei corsi di laurea in scienze dell’educazione della “Sapienza”, per arrivare a offrire un profilo delle studentesse e degli studenti tirocinanti. I dati illustrati e discussi nel volume, raccolti utilizzando una pluralità di strumenti, permettono di riflettere sia sulle strategie utili a favorirne la competenza riflessiva e di scrittura sia sugli effetti dell'esperienza di tirocinio nei contesti di lavoro, dopo la laurea.
