Un manoscritto inedito in tema di Legge delle XII Tavole: il Reg. lat. 450

The article deals with the hitherto inedited work preserved in ms. Reg lat. 450 of the Vatican Library. The author, still anonymous, between the late fifteenth and the early sixteenth century has attempted a reconstruction of the content of the Law of the Twelve Tables, mainly based on quotations from the Law itself in the Corpus Juris Civilis. The collection of the material is supplemented by literary quotations and passages from the Accursian ordinary gloss.

L'articolo ha ad oggetto un'opera sino ad ora inedita, rinvenuta nel ms. Reg. lat. 450 della Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana. L'autore, ancora anonimo, tra la fine del Quattrocento e gli inizi del secolo seguente ha tentato una ricostruzione del contenuto della Legge delle XII Tavole basata prevalentemente sulle citazioni della Legge stessa nel Corpus Iuris Civilis. La raccolta del materiale giustinianeo è integrata da citazioni letterarie e passi della Glossa ordinaria.
