Del Corpo, della Parola. Un' incursione nell'Oltre, tra mito e fumetto

In myth, as in the superheroes of comics, the forcing of a limit becomes identity research in the other by itself. Forcing a limit, provoking it, questioning it, sometimes zeroing it, characterizes living as heroes. This force is measured above all, in Body, Will and Word, as consciousness reactive to a vulnus, to a damage, to an offence, consequent to a great loss: immortality. The mythical tale seems to illustrate a relationship that, for the most part, is an irremediable and archetypal conflict: that between Man and the World. As in the Greek tragedy, so in the serial prototype of the comic strip of superheroes, body archetypes, strong in invincibility and charisma, re-appropriate overwhelmingly and problematically vast spaces of social visibility, becoming the subject of debate in the city / industrial civilization.

Nel mito, come nei supereroi del fumetto, la forzatura di un limite diviene ricerca identitaria nell'altro da sé. Forzare un limite, provocarlo, metterlo in discussione, talora azzerarlo, caratterizza il vivere da eroi. Questa forza si misura soprattutto, in Corpo, Volontà e Parola, come coscienza reattiva ad un vulnus, a un danno, a un'offesa, conseguenti a una grande perdita: l'immortalità. Il racconto mitico sembra così illustrare sempre un rapporto che, in massima parte, è conflitto insanabile e archetipico: quello tra Uomo e Mondo. Come nella tragedia greca, così nel prototipo seriale del fumetto dei supereroi, corpi-archetipi forti di invincibilità e carisma, si riappropriano prepotentemente e problematicamente di vasti spazi di visibilità sociale, divenendo oggetto di dibattito nella città/civiltà industriale.
