The survey of the monastic complex, which includes the Church of San Bernardino in L'Aquila, was carried out between 2006 and 2008 and involved the integrated use of different surveying techniques (direct measurement, topographic and photogrammetric) and the acquisition of many photographic documentation, archival and bibliographic information. The graphic representation has allowed a unitary reading of the monument, at the time divided between various administrations, also for the purpose of its recovery and a possible transformation into a museum.
