The project shown in these pages has been awarded with the second prize at International design Competition “2016Chongqing South Bank Residentialskyscraper Green Eco Space”. The design intent is to improve the living environment and lifestyle in the highrise building, to form a new design sample for the future building development and design icon. The jury, composed by Pierre Alain Croset (President), Stefano Boeri, Zhang Zhi Qqiang, Bo Xi e Shen Chi, selected for the second phase 8 designers groups chosen by a first phase of entries and an international preselection of under 45 designers. The project shows a viewpoint on some architectural themes for the Chinese contemporary growing city. The key isuues investigate a design approach to the contemporary architecture which is influenced by the scarcity of resources and by the necessity of an architecture more conform to our environmental fragility.
