RPR Rilievo, progetto, riuso

In Italy, part of the architectural, artistic and archaeological heritage is often in disuse or abandoned. Most of these assets deserve to be known, preserved and valued at their best. The survey of the existing architectural heritage contains part of the answers that can make us understand what the possible transformations can be. It also has a strong value of analysis and design synthesis to retrace, re-evaluate, reuse for the purpose of the project, both new /contemporary or conservation / restoration. This is the fil rouge with which the complexity of intervention on some architectural works for their sustainable use is examined. The book collects the reflections deriving from a multidisciplinary experience on the historical heritage of a small town in Salento (part of the Italian region of Puglia), compared with other relevant experiments and projects of national and international interest. The contributions, divided into three sections - the survey for the reuse project, the project for reuse and the restoration project for reuse - analyze the different aspects of the intervention on the existing heritage, the right occasion for debate on modern survey techniques integrated by the IT tools and on the contemporary project, coordinated in heritage recovery process.

In Italia, parte del patrimonio architettonico, artistico, archeologico è spesso in disuso o in stato di abbandono. La maggior parte di questi beni meriterebbe di essere conosciuta, conservata e valorizzata al meglio. Il rilievo del patrimonio architettonico esistente contiene parte delle risposte che possono far comprendere quali possano essere le possibili trasformazioni ed ha un forte valore di analisi e di sintesi progettuale da ripercorrere, rivalutare, riusare ai fini del progetto, sia esso contemporaneo o di conservazione e/o restauro. Questo è il fil rouge con il quale viene esaminata la complessità d’intervento su alcuni beni per il loro utilizzo sostenibile. Il libro raccoglie le riflessioni derivanti da un’esperienza multidisciplinare di lavoro sul patrimonio storico di un piccolo centro del Salento, per confrontarsi poi con altre sperimentazioni di rilievo e progetto di interesse nazionale e internazionale.I contributi, divisi in tre sezioni – il rilievo per il progetto di riuso, il progetto per il riuso e il progetto di restauro per il riuso – analizzano i diversi aspetti dell’intervento sul patrimonio esistente, giusta occasione di riflessione sulle moderne tecniche di rilievo integrato dagli strumenti informatici e sul progetto contemporaneo, coordinati nel processo di recupero del patrimonio.
