Despite the increasing interest for the role of emotions on group collective efficacy beliefs (GCE; Bandura, 1997), literature on GCE in task and relationships management is abundant, whereas empirical studies on GCE in emotions management are still scarce, and fail to focus on emotions as a separate domain of group beliefs.
