Dalle idee ai fatti. Una proposta (realizzata) per l’introduzione di un percorso longitudinale di Medicina Generale nel curriculum di un Corso di Laurea in Medicina.

The aims of the plan were: a) to promote interaction and collaboration between Academic and Primary Care structures in order to give students not only scientific but also human and social competences; b) to enlarge the vision of the job opportunities across the country among future young doctors, in particular as regards General Medicine. The educational project is planned to begin from the fourth year of the course, integrating field experience with formal university courses, according to the invitation formulated in the training workshop organized by the Gruppo di Studio Innovazione Pedagogica for the Conferenza Permanente dei Presidenti di CLM in Medicina. Moreover, a further step in our training proposal has led to insert the General Medicine within the residency program in Public Health, in the setting of the module of Primary health care.
