The journal Comunicazionepuntodoc, founded in 2009, includes publications by professors, researchers and doctoral students of the Ph.D. program Mediatrends at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’. The Editor, Mario Morcellini, is coordinator of the Ph.D. programme in Communication, Research, Innovation and Director of the Department of Communication and Social Research at ‘La Sapienza’. Members of the Editorial Board include experts in political, social and communication sciences such as Peter Dahlgren, Jorge Luis Lozano Hernández and Pierre Musso.Comunicazionepuntodoc is a scientific double-blind refereed journal recognized by Area delle Scienze politiche e sociali/Fields of Political and Social Sciences in the Italian evaluation academic system.
