The aim of our study is to investigate groups of patients affected by large bowel adenomatosis and groups of asymtomatic subjects to make a mass screening. Looking at this purpouse we consider two different groups of subjects: the first constituted by "high risk" and symptomatic patients, the second constituted by asimptomatic subjects, The study also show the way for a correct methodology and diagnostic "iter" in this pathology. We also consider the possibility of a "mass spreading" of the problem and its implication.
