It is proved that the method of formal quantization of PDEs, introduced by the author in some previous papers, allows to obtain in intrinsic way the canonical Dirac quantization for particles of the lassical mechanics. As examples harmonic oscillator and anharmonic oscillator are considered. These considerations can be generalized to any PDE defined on fiber bundles.
