During the Third Millennium, important changes affect European Union area. Economic political and demographic factors suggest that we are in age of growing migration pressures. The European enlargement promotes immigration flows that can be examined through two additional approaches: structural and economic To improve the development o fa common immigration policy, actions have been taken in a number areas( visa policy, improving cooperation between Member States, police cooperation). An integral part of the European approach to migration management is to build closer relationships with other countries. Issues concerned with migration management are now systematically introduced into dialogue between the EU and countries of origin or transit and other regional grouping to support principally two opportunities: to improve manpower and to diminishing immigration flows with real enlargement of the population and labour force movements areas; to realize immigration policy within the wider Europe framework step by step.
