The present contribution is devoted to the notes in the 194 Christian- Arabic manuscripts that were catalogued and described by the Assemani family Josephus Simonius (1687-1768), Stephanus Evodius Assemani (I1711-1782) and Antonius Assemani (1746?-post 1819) for the Bibliothecae Apostolicae Vaticanae codicum manuscriptorum catalogus. At present, only one copy of these first 80 printed pages survives in the Vatican Library. It is bound together with a manuscript copy of the descriptions of the manuscripts Vat.lat. 13202 made by Stephanus Evodius and Antonius Assemani based on notes made by Josephus Simonius Assemani and on the first catalogue of the Arabic codices in the Vatican Library made by Abramo Ecchellense.
