Erratum: Molecular‐ and pollen‐based vegetation analysis in lake sediments from central Scandinavia

In Volume 22, Issue 13 of Molecular Ecology, it was erroneously reported that extraction and PCR controls remained clean following PCR using trnL primers at Copenhagen University. A PCR product within the correct size range was obtained in the extraction, but not PCR control. This product was sequenced together with the other positive PCR’s using the Roche 454 Platform. However, as none of the sequences obtained from the extraction control (Polevansia rigida, Panicoideae), matched those from the sediments, the findings presented in the paper are unaffected. We would like to apologize for this error.
