This individual housing project is designed for an outer skirt neighborhood of Prishtina. The designing process started at the beginning of 2018 where as the construction was completed during the beginning of 2019. The main concept of this project is rational use of space for an individual housing consisting of the; Basement, Base Floor, First Floor, and utilization of roof space. It's characteristics consist of zenital lightning of the roof, by creating an Carlo Scapra like of cut and allowing the light inside.
