This article analyzes communication problems that may arise between pilots and air traffic controllers during flight. In this regard, all major aircraft accidents which occurred due to communication breakdowns can be divided into three main categories: failure to use standard phraseology, use of different languages (multi-lingual environment) and the lack of proficiency in English.
