Although Homo sacer is the best known book by Giorgio Agamben to the contemporary political reflection, he begins since 1968 an uninterrupted query about language`s being. Therefore it`s possible suppose his philosophy of language is the better way to understand Agamben`s political conception. In the paper below it`s considered the comparison between the books of Homo sacer`s project, some Agamben`s coeval articles and essays about language of the seventies and eighties. In his political researches, where the crucial ideas are presented, are used similarities with what he has written in the previous years about language faculty. Moreover the main guidelines of Agamben`s thought making evident how he proposes his own philosophy of language as a model to overcome metaphysics and biopolitics devices. In this regard it will be analyzed the link between the concepts of Voice and Bare Life which represent the core of his philosophical proposal. ;

Abstract

Although Homo sacer is the best known book by Giorgio Agamben to the contemporary political reflection, he begins since 1968 an uninterrupted query about language`s being. Therefore it`s possible suppose his philosophy of language is the better way to understand Agamben`s political conception. In the paper below it`s considered the comparison between the books of Homo sacer`s project, some Agamben`s coeval articles and essays about language of the seventies and eighties. In his political researches, where the crucial ideas are presented, are used similarities with what he has written in the previous years about language faculty. Moreover the main guidelines of Agamben`s thought making evident how he proposes his own philosophy of language as a model to overcome metaphysics and biopolitics devices. Aunque Homo sacer es el libro más conocido de Giorgio Agamben dedicado a la reflexión política contemporánea, el autor, a partir de 1968, comenzó una investigación ininterrumpida sobre la naturaleza del lenguaje. Por lo tanto es posible suponer que la filosofía del lenguaje de Agamben es la mejor manera de entender su pensamiento político. En el artículo siguiente se comparan los libros del proyecto de Homo sacer, algunas publicaciones de la misma temporada del autor y sus ensayos sobre el lenguaje de los años setenta y ochenta. En sus investigaciones políticas, Agamben presenta sus ideas fundamentales y utiliza similitudes acerca de la facultad del lenguaje, concepto ya analizado en años anteriores. Por otra parte, los principales lineamientos del pensamiento de Agamben evidencian cómo él propone su propia filosofía del lenguaje como modelo para superar la metafísica y dispositivos biopolíticos. En este sentido, se analizará la relación entre los conceptos de la Voz y de la Nuda Vida que representan el núcleo de su propuesta filosófica.
